This page covers prospect-digest.com, the public Nine Signal website. The site sets no cookies and runs no third-party trackers.

What we collect

• Waitlist email. If you join the waitlist, we store the email address you submit and nothing else. We use it only to contact you about Nine Signal access: no newsletter, no marketing, no sharing or selling.
• Anonymous usage events. The site may record which of its own buttons and sections people use (for example, a click on a "Join the waitlist" button). These events carry no email address, no form contents, no IP address, and no identifier of any kind.

Where it lives

We keep waitlist emails and usage events in a Cloudflare D1 database that Nine Signal operates. We do not share or sell them.

How long we keep it

We delete uninvited waitlist records after 24 months, or earlier upon verified request.

Deletion and questions

To have your email removed from the waitlist, or for any privacy question, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.

The app

The Nine Signal application at ninesignal.prospect-digest.com is invite-only. Sign-in and alerts there use your email address, and the sign-in screen never reveals whether an address has an account.
